Review: What happens in this story is a boy, named Andy, turned up to school late. The teacher asks why he was late. The main part of it was, "tight underpants," and he tells this really long story about how he was late because of that. The story includes climbing up a house, getting arrested, breaking out of jail, turning a crime incorporation into a care incorporation to help people in poverty, cunning boobie traps, and court houses. Because the story took so long to explain, he finished it half an hour after school ended, which meant he was late for his dentist appoinment.
